I've recently fallen totally in love with Superboy's original look. T-shirt and jeans Kon is fun en all, but... but... DORKON. <33 A rebel with a silly streak. It's impossible for me not to love him. Plus, his hair is more fun to draw. It looks like a bird wigging out. Whee-oo! \o/

You guys might know why I decided to sketch this as of late, because it was in the most recent Young Justice ep where THIS OUTFIT had a cameo. ANIMATED. AAAUGHSDKALDJHNAJIWUIENDKJF. My freak out was worse than when I witnessed the appearance of the Super-Cycle.

Jerkon, Digivolve to Dorkon soonish, please! Even though I loved you back when you were a tard. I miss the spacey, I'mma-stare-at-a-blank-TV-screen-for-five-hours Kon. :/

The transformation is on its way to completion. ALL WE NEED TO DO IS GET CASSIE IN THEREandthrowM'gannintoafirepit.

Hold on. I started out liking M'gann, but then everything got crappy when her and Kon hooked up. Now we have to sit through stale lovebird dialogue and crap-tastic kiss scenes. And why does M'gann have to be sooooo special?! I know of her origins, but that doesn't mean she has to be a special snowflake when it comes to psychic aptitude and always being right. e__e WB. UR DOIN IT WRONG. I CAN'T LOVE HER IF SHE'S BEING A SUE.

On the plus side, starting to like Artemis now. :B She's lolzy and has plenty of character flaws to latch onto, which I didn't see before. I thought she was going to just be some mysterious rogue with a cliche begging-to-be-broken tough exterior and a "chick-powuuuuur" motif. However, it's now apparent that she can be wrong, doesn't always win, has been pushed to the edge both emotionally a physically, and GASP, she can be cowardly and scared. Omg, I can believe in this character!

Why am I talking about Artemis?

First and foremost, you're great.

All my friends judge me (lovingly) because I openly love this outfit. I'm so happy I'm not alone. Also hate M'gann.

I also just looked at that action-y comic strips with Supes and Kara, and I wanted to cry at my incompetence. Alas, I have no time for that! I must keep my eyes working so I can look at your art stuffs! Your faces are great and the way you imply motion is amazing. (Which is me trying to make this comment somewhat useful.)

I like his original outfit as well. :iconkimbleehurrplz: It reminds me of Jim Hawkins from Treasure Planet (one of my FAVE Disney movies)

This was my eternal favourite look for Superboy - a street-looking punk with a awesome design.
That's why I don't understand why they made his looks much simpler and just borring few years later. In the animated series "Young Justice" this is exactly how he should look. xD

Thank you for reminding us with a great design and by using the right proportions a drawing of the best Superman clone ever. :) :+fav:
