We think she'll stay 28 forever. It's looking to be that way. I think I look older than her at this point. I'm quite delighted to have done this. It's all of the delicate little details and lovely shapes that come together to make my mom so blasted foxy.

I'm not jealous. No. Course not. <___<

Any woman can be a mother, but not just anyone can be "Mom". :] For all of you moms out there, thank you for your warmth and courage. A lot goes into who you are and what your responsibilities entail. God perfected the family formula when you guys came around. Nothing on this earth will ever be able to replace you.

It's Mother's Day, guys! So if you haven't done anything for your mom yet... at least go draw her something. You wouldn't even be sitting in that chair of yours right now if it wasn't for her.

Also, I agree. I theorized your mother and my fifth grade teacher found the Fountain of Youth and are hogging it all up. xD

Its really hard to do realistic portraits I think and you pulled it off like a natural~

I really like this picture, the textures are awesome and give a lot of character to this piece. I adore all those details, how you did the nose and the hair, and the way you used shadows and lightning

And the eyes~ you're really good at drawing eyes.
