Long comment is long.

I was having problems with the last one as well. xD I know! I won't stop CHANGING it. Seriously, if I'm gonna make a character sheet for Ollow, I need to settle on something. Well, this could very well be it because I had this version in mind and have been drawing it continuously this past week and a half.

At first glance (and the wonky angle I drew her in) you probably can't see that many changes, but there's quite a bit there.

First of all, I was looking over my last picture and I thought it was too "good-looking" for me. It was also coming across as canine or feline because of the rectangular face, and that's not for me. I like lizards! So I was mulling over the head for many days/hours tearing my hair until I came up with an angled, more dinosaur-like shape ([link]) in order to put more 'reptile' into the dragon. ;D The markings are somewhat the same, and I put less spikes on her head for easier drawing. To stylize the teeth a bit, the lower canines are almost twice as long as the top ones. Throat scales are also larger and more plated.

The compact form of the wings is a bit different now and skin covers the shoulders like a cape. The wings will just be two giant muscles instead of having bones so it seems more believable that they can sprout out from nowhere on a Seik's back. A black seam indicating where the wings will emerge from goes down the body. The only parts that remain defined even in compact mode are the two wing fingers, which you can see sticking out of her back. Maybe those are the only parts with bones.

Some of the anatomy has been reconstructed. I was planning on making Seiks capable of walking on two legs with ease, but the anatomy of my last draft wasn't making that look like a possibility. The neck was drawn almost straight up with the head extremely elevated, much like your typical dragon or canine creature. Well, I was experimenting on how a bipedal humanoid creature would look if they were on all fours and I noticed that a human's neck doesn't arch like that. It stays at a somewhat even level with the rest of the body. Frankly, most animals that can stand on two legs have similar necks (raccoons, mice, etc). I'm now doing the same thing with the Seiks by limiting how far their necks can bend upwards. I may have this whole 'theory' wrong though. If you know any better, please share your boundless knowledge with me. :]

I believe that's all the changes I did. Who knows, there could be more changes in the future (though I hope not xD). This one's way cooler than the last concept. I know it's not as pretty-looking as before, but too bad. >;D

It looks like one of those little black dog alien things from Avatar (the blue alien Avatar not the airbender one).
